DONT LET THIS STOP YOU FROM MAKING A PROVISIONAL APPLICATION...call Alison 01604 824777
The Challenge - To walk up the Schilthorn Mountain (James Bond Mountain), which has a height of just less than 10,000 feet!
You do not need to be an experienced walker but will need real dedication and determination! As well as raising valuable money for the charity, it is a fantastic opportunity to fulfil a personal goal/achievement and also to take in the beautiful sights and scenery that Switzerland has to offer.
2005 particpants quote: 'A tough challenge that's all about mind over matter with the end result being a fantastic sense of achievement. The scenery is beautiful and the trip provides the chance to meet new people and work together as one group'
We are looking for up to 30 people to partake in this challenge. We will be asking for a minimum sponsorship of £650 per person. This will include all travel, accommodation, breakfast and evening meals. The remaining money will go to CAN to assist in our work with drug, alcohol and homelessness problems.
Your help with spreading the word about this trip of a lifetime would be hugely appreciated
CAN would like to thank Mick Finch for making this initiative possible and we are sure ‘Swiss Challenge 2008’ will be an enjoyable experience by all participants.
CAN is deeply indebted to Mark and Ursula at the Hotel Oberland in Lauterbrunnen, Switzerland, for their tremendous support of the charity's Swiss Challenge. To view their Website Click Here.
